All you have to do is sign in to the ultimate team web app today sept. 20th around 4pm UK time for the free packs and the team of the weeks, then just sign in everyday for free gifts.
There is a requirement though, you must have created an ultimate team before Aug 16th 2011, in other words this is exclusive to previous UT. players.]
