DiRT Showdown is coming to PS3, Xbox 360, PC May 25.

Capcom upcoming title Dragon's Dogma demo is out now via psn and xbox live.

Ninja Gaiden 3 demo released aswell, so if you still waiting on that then you have your hands full.

According to this NeoGaf post, U.S PS Store will receive Final Fantasy XIII-2 demo next week Tuesday which will be announced in the latest PlayStation Blog podcast though no official confirmation yet.

You know already what to do to get it in case it doesn't come to UK(create a us. psn account and grab it).

[Update]: Square Enix officially announced the demo and will be released January 11th on Xbox LIVE in US. and Europe, January 10th on PSN in US., January 11th on PSN in Europe.

As you might know already, Battlefield 3 beta is open to the public today with Operation Metro map(32 players in rush mode). Now the video below is the private map Caspian Border, an insight into 64 players Conquest map for Battlefield 3 with full gameplay including helicopters, mobile AA, tanks, buggies, jets and more. 

The map is in testing mode and as such will contain issues and bugs.
Beta is different than Demo, everything should be considered a work in progress.

If you are a soccer fans, head to Xbox live and grab the 1.42gb FiFA 12 demo.

Follow the image above to find it, the game is not labelled FIFA 12 but EA Sports FIFA 12 and not in the newest list( at the time of writing).
You will find it by using Title A-Z's E not F.

[Update 2] PES 2012 demo out too, so grab both and waste some 3gb.

Assassin's Creed Revelations multiplayer Beta coming to PlayStation Plus and some uPlay members September 3-11th.
